Default Found these...What ya think€?

So I have been watching classifieds for a set of tires. I am running a stock 06 fx4 as far as lift goes so I am pretty sure I can fit a set of 33" tires as long as I frank torsion bar.
Question is: Will these fit? http://saskatoon.kijiji.ca/c-cars-ve...AdIdZ217813844

I heard that jeep rims will bolt on my ranger. I really want the imitation bead locks and I want black, but as far as rubber I want something aggressive yet not overly hard on fuel comsumption.
Also what is the largest tire I can put on the stock alcoa rims?

Thanks guys...

Any really agressive tire is going to hurt your mpg. You are not gonna be able to fit those tires without at least a 3" bodylift, and then you will still have a little rub. Without a lift you're not going to want anything bigger than a 33x10.50. Also why does he only show a pic. of the spare? Make me wonder what kind of shape the rest of the tires are in.

You will have to machine out the center holes on those wheels I believe. I'm going through that now and it ain't bad if you work at a machine shop like I do but can be pricy if not.
