Default wheel noise

Hello
I could use a hand trying to figure out what this noise might be. It's been about a year seems to be getting worse lately. I've had the wheel bearings done on the front. I thought it could be the rear wheel bearings. I jacked up the back and wiggled the right rear wheel and there is some play in there. But I don't want to say what I think it could be, would rather get unbiased opinions. I also had a couple new tires put on and rotated back to front (new ones went on the back) but it did not solve the problem. The brake pad in the back seemed ok, not great but not too bad. I thought it could be a rotor maybe in the front right but it's not easy to tell if it's back or front noise, I think it is the back right rear, definitely right side. Thanks for any help in advance. Will put a link to video.

PS there's a lot of noise but it's the hooping sound in the background I'm talking about. It's directly proportionate to the speed of tire rotation. It's actually heard better at slower speeds I'm only doing 25 or 30 in the video.

jack the truck up and put truck in drive to narrow down the issue! if you don't hear it then you know its front! then jack up front and turn each wheel by hand fast and see.. if nothing front then could be your tires
