Absolutely. There will be very little difference of looks and performance, but its not bad at at all. In case you didnt know, the first number is width of the tread (how wide) and the second number is aspect ratio, which will determine sidewall. That calculation is first number times decimal of second number to get side wall height. So, 235x.75=176.25 sidewall height while 225x.70=157.5. You can also use tiresize.com to compare. Shouldnt be a problem tho.
