Default TPMS Disable

I recently replaced the tires on my 2011 Ranger with same size tire. While changing the one tire the monitor was ripped off, they put it back on but today my truck started to shimmy and then the low tire light came on. I suspect the sensor is flopping around in my tire. Is there a way to disable the TPMS rather than buying new sensors?

GET RID OF THE LIGHT BULB IN THE DASH.

I DONT KNOW IF YOU CAN REACH AND UNDO THE LIGHT BULB WITHOUT TAKING ANYTHING APART. Probably difficult but doable.

Sounds like you are going to have to break the bead on it to get rid of the shimmy, why not just fix it? Kind of nice thing to have...

Tire pressure sensor saved me on my new F150. The warning light came on during a 75 mph drive on I-75. Just as I got on the shoulder the sidewall came apart with no damage to the body or wheel.
I doubt if all 4 sensors need to be replaced.
Bypassing safety devices is foolish.

If you disable it you still have a sensor rattling around in your tire... So not sure what good thats going to do.
