I was doing some looking the other day on e-bay and noticed several hubcentric with the lip that said they would not fit on the front wheels. I am looking for something that will work without having to cut down wheel studs, etc. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Dad just put these tires on last summer and buying new rims and tires are not in the budget considering I will only be driving it a few times a Month.
I appreciate any help you can give.

The good news is your wheels are not hub-centric, they're lug-centric. You don't really need the lip but you will need a spacer (if thats the route you plan to take for now) that can slip over the front hubs. The spacer does NOT ride on the hub itself at all but it does need to clear it.
Generally anything over 1.25" in a spacer will clear OEM wheel studs. But what I would suggest is to measure where you want the tire and add that into your equation. Personally I wouldn't use anything over a 2.00" spacer and its not because I dont trust the spacers, The spacers work fine IF INSTALLED correctly. There are trucks in the 2500-3500 range running 6.00" spacers, for years, NON issues even in an offroad environment but myself, i'd change wheels first if I needed more than 2.00" of lateral movement in a spacer.
