31's or 32's
I'm putting a 3 inch lift spindle in the front and aal in the rear. My question is will 32's rub at all? They recommended not going over 31's with a maximum backspace of 4.5. I would prefer a more positive backspace with the biggest tire that won't be rubbing.

who is "they"? I would imagine 32's won't rub since I had 30s on my stock and it didn't rub. i have since put 4" spindles and 3" body hoping to stuff 35s at some point. I'll see if I can find a pic of the 4" and 30s to post up later so you can get an an idea of space.

Those 32's will rub. I have a buddy with a 98, spindle and 32's and they rub. Just stick with 31's.

I had my spindle with 2" coils and 35's and they cleared great with stock wheels. But wheeling they rubbed.
Definitely do a spindle and body lift and keep your wheels 8" wide not 10"
And definitely regear. Your transmission will hate you if you don't.

Any pictures with 31's and spindles? Not sure how it will look I definitely like more of a stuffed look.

Re: 31's or 32's
first i was stock. then 2" coils on 31's, then i added the spindles. so i never had a spindle on 31's but the 2" coils lose their "perkiness" and settle back down a little. especially how i drive it. So my setup was close.
Stock - 2011
Coils & 31's - 2014
Spindle coils and 31's - late 2014

Re: 31's or 32's
I have 4" with 31s and I have easily enough space for 32s or even a narrow 33

James did you take your coil spacers out when you installed your spindle?

Re: 31's or 32's
So doetsch couldn't give me an exact answer if 265/75r16 would fit I believe the measurement is like 31.6 and 10.4 wide do you think this will fit? I would be keeping stock offset and backspacing.

Those should fit fine. I had 31x10.50x15 with less lift.

We are certain that specifically the Torsion bar equipped Sport/4x4 models are like that. I believe the fleet vehicle / bare bones 4 Banger 2WD's didn't change.

Re: 31's or 32's
I removed the coil spacers, just 4" spindles. Others such as breet 02xlt(or something like that) ran 32s with 4" and it looked Perfect!
