I've Obtained Some Free Rims...
So I obtained some free rims from someone. Super curb rashed, but I dig the dish look of these... and the freeness of them. I'm looking for some help to see what kind of tires would best fit of these. First off I haven't even checked to see if they are the correct 4.5/5 bolt pattern. I wanted to see if anyone knew off the top of their of these (I think Toyota?) TDR rims will work. My next step, if no one knows, is to just throw one of the rims on and see if it bolts up properly.
I currently have stock 245/75/R16 and wouldn't mind going a little larger on diameter without having to modify suspension. I guess that would put me in around 31-32" range? Here's some pictures of me measuring the one... I have no idea if I'm even measuring it properly either so I'm sorry if these are completely useless.
I'd love to sand them down and hit them with some black spray paint. If I were to do that, should I avoid spraying and sanding the outer most side of the rims (the part that gets hidden by the tire) to make sure they will seal properly with a new set of tires?
And if they are completely useless to me, how much do you think I should chuck them onto Craigslist for?
Thank you for any help!
(Pardon the headphone cord, I was rocking out after mowing the lawn )

You're measuring points are slightly off, but it looks like they are 20x8 or 20x8.5 wheels. There should be a size on the inside stamped to confirm. If they are 20's though, you're gonna have to put some pretty large tires on them to not be rubber bands (unless you like that look).
I'd bet you'll need to modify your suspension to get a "non rubber band" on it. Attempt to Bolt it up and see how much clearance you have at full lock to see how big a tire you can stuff in there.
That will help you start shopping anyway.

Re: I've Obtained Some Free Rims...
Here's the original tires that were on there (or at least this is what came with the free rims). Sorry, picture is a bit crappy. They are Nexen N5000 235/45/r17. Yeah, I'm not into the rubber band look at least for trucks. I ran out and checked the back of the rims and they are stamped 19x8 (lol... I probably should have looked there, DOH!).
I'd rather have some more tire wall if possible. So probably not going give me the look I want

Those tires aren't going to work. My guess would be 245/45/19 or a 275/40/19. Somewhere around that range. The offset is gonna be a huge factor though. Look like a wheel for a front wheel drive car.

20s on mine when I bought it
Do not recommend. Plus it looks like the offset on your wheels is crap, they might sit too far in
Lay the rim down face down, place a flat ruler across the back of the wheels. Then measure from the back of the Hub to the ruler and let us know what that measurement is
----------
I'd sell them and put the money towards a better wheel that fits your truck

Sweeeeettttt tree fiddy yo!
Hah, thanks for the advice everyone. I think I'm just going to say screw it and chuck them on Craigslist. I dig the deep dish, not the rubber bands though (I'm not sure why people do this either, or do it and think it looks good on a truck). Apparently the wheels in mint/lightly used condition are worth $200 a piece and the rubbers in new condition at about $90-$100 a piece. So maybe $200-$300 in free money??
MBRP exhaust here I come!
