Default Tire pulling

My truck has been pulling left when ever I am under 20mph when braking. It's aligned tires are new but Monday it actually would lock up once I came to a complete stop then popped once I started back up only did it for about 300 yards then quit already got rotors and brake pads but not sure if I need to replace a caliper but not sure what side it would be or how to look for certain sides to she which is messed up any ideas?

First and foremost it's a brake problem, not a tire pull like the title leads to believe.

Second, make sure your brake lines aren't twisted or kinked. That will cause a pull when braking.

Third, if lines aren't kinked or twisted then I would replace the problem caliper. You'll know which one it is by driving it around the block and putting your hand close to the wheel, problem caliper should be VERY hot. So be careful.
