Default Rim confusion

I'm buying a set of AR61 American racing Outlaw 1 rims that are 15x10, what tire sizes can I fit on them?

The selection of tires you can fit on the rim is a lot wider than the selection of tires you can fit on the rim AND on your truck.

This ^^

15x10's are best used with 12.50 wide tires. Maybe a 32x11.50 if it's within the tire manufacturers recommended wheel width.

Your best option would be a 15x8.

----------

I looked at your build thread, you have a 4x4 and glassworks fiberglass fenders. You can fit 33's in there if you want.

Desired tire size should determine wheel size.

As stated above, tire manufacturers provide a range of "approved wheel widths" for every size tire they make.

Where in his build does it say he has fiberglass fenders?

Well, technically he has at least "one" mounted:
