Are the factory installed 5 lug wheels on a 2006 Ford Ranger and F-150
interchangable? The reason I ask is because when looking at wheel catalogs, the wheels I would like are not made for my Ranger.

They are not interchangable, the ranger has a 4.5x5 inch spacings, the F-150 uses a 5.5x5 inch spacing.
