Default drum brake bar question

Hello, I am working on my in laws 2000 4x4 ranger. while taking apart the rear drum brakes, I found that the idiot who did the brakes before left out a few key parts. first he left out the entire brake adjuster lever and springs. He also left out the drum brake bar. This is the bar that goes just under the wheel cylinder and connects to each shoe. I have tried finding this at the auto store but they only sell the one for a 9" brake. This ranger is the 10" drum brakes. Are these the same length for both sizes of drums for the ranger? Thanks!!
