If I was on the road around you when you were doing 125 in a Ranger, I would prefer you first to slow down, but second, to not be doing something dumb like taking a hand off the wheel and and my attention off of the road to take a picture.

Please don't do this.

It's not that we don't believe you but rather that we actually don't care.....that is as long as you don't take out anyone innocent when your Ranger destroys itself (and you) in a fiery crash while you're thinking it's a race car.

You keep bringing this up on almost every one of your posts. News flash: Not everyone is an immature child thinking people are impressed by taking a Ranger to 130.

You my friend are a danger to yourself and others.

Actually first I don't drive it like that on the freeway,we have a 5 mile stretch of road down here,by the airport an old subdivision closed due to the airport expansion where we test our vehicles,it's very safe, no one in our group has ever blown one up or crashed.Plus I've built this truck for straight line speed,i know it's not a mustang,& can't corner like one. It would be foolish to do that on a freeway. I'm very safe and I would never intend to hurt anybody. I keep my truck in tip top shape better than new.I am a ase certified master mechanic 25 years experience. I know what the limits are of this truck of what it can and cannot do its very safe when you know what you are doing.

25 years experience? Then you should know that trying to go that fast in a Ranger is inherently not smart.

2 things:

130MPH and "safe" are mutually exclusive items. No matter where someone is driving. That applies even when in a tech certified and verified vehicle...not to mention when in a Ranger - ANY Ranger.

Strange thing about accidents....they don't require intent. That's why they are called accidents.

Thats why I stated not you ordinary average ranger, this one is special because I built it safer than most, bigger brakes up front and rear mustang cobra vented disc brakes, no drums here, added sway bars, the truck has never been wrecked and I have owned it since it had 5 miles on it. Well maybe you should sell your motorcycle because it's definitely not safe at any speed, you better wear your helmet lol, don't get mad now just picking at ya lol!!

Don't worry I don't get mad. If I loose it on my bike, I won't be taking anybody else with me. See what I did there?

We need photos of the Ranger and the ASE certification and the 125 mph video and the front and rear brakes. Do you have a rollcage in the cab and racing harness ? Do you wear a fire suit and helmet ?

And neither will i, I had 2 1974&1975 mercury cougars the 74 I paid $200.00 for it, had a 351 Cleveland 4v r code,c6 tranny banana cream yellow top speed 160mph& it was scary, float like a boat I called it fat cat. The 75 i paid $1,700.00 for it, nice paint job on her,it had a 351 Windsor 4v, c6 tranny top speed 145 mph. pea green I called it the green machine. Same float like a boat at high speed when the high gas prices came along I sold them, wish I hadn't done that, dang I had so much fun with those cars, ahh yes the good Ole days lol!!

I got a wall hanger certificate, no roll cage, regular seatbelt, maybe I should carry me a fire extinguisher, I wear a baseball cap lol lol!!!. I just did a front end brake job, yesterday put some Wagner thermo quiet low copper pads, turn the rotors, new inner & outer wheel bearings packed with royal purple grease the rotors are 10 inch converted from the stock 9 inch ones. I was having outer front wheel bearing failures often those lil a2 bearings with regular red bearing grease just can't handle the high speed, I highly recommend royal purple products. I got 5w30 royal purple in the motor.

They're fine how they are for now, no big deal. Everything on the truck needs replaced, so I'm not too awful worried about it. I appreciate everyone's help!!
