Default need advice on tires

Just bought a 2005 ranger xlt 6cyl manual trans. the factory tires are 225 70r15, and are in bad shape. I have 3 brand new good year wranglers 225 75 r15. This specific tire has been discontinued so I cannot find the forth one, however they do still make it in 235 75 r15. My question. Will it cause damage to my transmission, suspension etc.... If i place 2 new 225 75 r15 in front and 2 new 235 75 r15 on back? Again the factory size should specifies 225 70r15. Please advice, id hate to waste these new tires.

No, as long as you have the same size tire across the axle you are going to be ok, as long as you weren't running a 225 on one side and a 235 on the other on your rear or front end you will be just fine.

Start your own thread, but before you do that create a signature with information about your Ranger (year, model, drivetrain, etc.).
