I want to add a 3 inch lift to level out my truck I hate the frontward slope. Would that do it ok or it there another way? Also I want to get steel prom comp rock climbing wheels. I'll post a picture below. What tires would go good on this with the potential 3 inch lift also what kind of lift would I need. I'm young and am trying to learn a lot of stuff and make my truck look good! Let me know all advice is welcome thank you!

If you just want to level the truck out you can crank your torsion bars 1-2 inches. That will get rid of your rake without a body lift. With just the torsion bar crank you'll clear 32in tires no problem. With just a torsion bar crank 33x10.5x15 tires should fit and some people run 33x12.5x15 with some valence trimming. But if you do decide to get the 3in body lift i think 33x12.5x15s tires look great, alota people on here run the 3in lift with 33x12.5x15s.
