Default suspension

I have a 2002 ranger 4x4 extended cab with 95000 on the truck and I have my keys turned up all the way and loosened one whole turn on each side. Even after I did that the driver side standing in front sags. Anyone know what might be the problem.

The driver's side will have more wear on it because it's heavier. Driver, battery, etc.

Let me see you bounce right to left and let your Ranger lean, let your Ranger lean, just let your Ranger lean

I could imagine your tires are probably leaning pretty bad. I would get it aligned. I didn't max mine because the ride and it seemed too extreme.

Just get it aligned and go from there. It could be a bad wheel bearing
