Default Tire size help

Ok my tires on my truck are 225 75 15 right now. I just got it and its got bald tires on the back so im gonna go pick up some new tires tomorrow. The thing is that it has a lift on it and its got plenty of room for tires and id like to get some meat under there, AND SO what tire size am i looking at to get an extra inch of hight on my truck with keeping the same width? (So ill need two inches extra diameter overall, one inch radius) also id love some input on what tires to buy for basic road use. Im personally partial to michelin ltx, but ive never bought truck tires.

Cooper AT3's are a good A/T. Not too aggressive

Its got a lift on it. They guy i bought it from said a 1 inch lift with an extra leaf spring in the back. Idfk whats actually changed but i noticed today sitting at a red light i already sit higher than the 4x4 off road ranger that was next to me. I was pretty happy about it lol
