Default Land Rover 16" on a '94 Ranger

I have the wheels shown in the pic. with 215 60 16 tires. The wheel soecs are : 16" x 7", 5x114.3 Bolt Pattern.46mm offset
Any issues. I'm an old guy and can't make heads or tales out of what's necessary! Some help and thoughts please?

+46mm offset? That's gonna make the wheel stick in to far. Also you have to check the hub bore too.

OK...the wheels are currently on the truck! The illustration pic is from the truck. What issues will "stick in too far" create. There is no rubbing on hard turn and the hub bore seems to be ok except that on the frt. the Land Rovwer center cap wn't go back on!

If nothing rubs you have no problems. The truck will overall have a narrower track width (width of truck from center of left tire to center of right tire), and may not fill out the wheel wells like it used to.

What about a spacer...1/8" or 1/4"...Would either or both require longer studs?

I know you don't with 1/8, I doubt you will with 1/4" either.
