Default 1999 Ranger XLT W Brake Problems, Help

My 1999 Ranger XLT is having brake problems. I am able to stop, but there is very little pressure when brake is applied and it goes nearly to the floor. It also feels like the e-brake is behaving the same way. The fluid reservoir is full. The ABS light and the Brake light (same one that comes on when e-brake is applied) are on. What do I need to check in the ABS system, could it be the master or slave cylinder, could it be a booster problem? Any help would be appreciated.

1. Check your ABS codes and correct issue. 2. Adjust your rear brakes.
