Is there anything wrong with cheap sets? Or should I spend more on a decent brand?

Shouldn't be much of an issue if you don't have to keep switching wheels often or anything.

I would assume only the level of finish would/could be different between them.

Ahh ok I didn't even think of the finish. I get my tires rotated every few months so I think I'll pay a little more for a finish that won't look like crap after a few.

And yeah everywhere I've seen says it needs the acorn seat.
