No Problem. If you were closer I'd offer to come help you with it. I recently pretty well replaced the entire cooling system on a friends Dodge Ram 1500. Rad, T-Stat, Fan clutch and water pump.

The 1500 is a nice truck, pretty much going to have a lot of newer parts on this truck before long

If my friends truck were better taken care of it would be a nice truck but it does have over 230k on the original motor and trans. I do what i can to help him out with it. My truck already has a lot of newer parts on it and more still to go.

I don't know yet, won't be 100% sure till Tuesday on my way to work. But on the bright side, didn't take my brother and I all day to replace it, unlike the last few times we worked on cars

Well it made it worse, was just driving around town with the cold air off. This makes no sense as to why it made it worse, the fan is facing the right way it was in install right.

Maybe check your oil galleries? Maybe your oil distribution isn't correct? Idk you'd probably smell the oil though,

It's fine for right now, I ended up putting the old fan clutch back on and modded the thermostat so it's wide open, I may need to get the radiator flushed or just get a new radiator. But got my vacuumed leak fixed so my truck idles like it should.

That too, next paycheck I'm planning to get the check engine light looked at and see what needs to be done so it will pass emissions next year.

Anyone know where I can get some metal mesh like what's on aftermarket bumpers?
