its regulation size. 8'x2'. only thing i changed was made it taller. regulation height was like 28" tall and i made this one 32" plus the thickness of the board.

No its pretty stable already lol barely tilts in one corner due to a leg being about 1/8" or less I'm height than the others. Those are 4x4s for legs and I have two layers of five ply plywood for the top. It's pretty damn sturdy lol
