Default Holy Jim Trail

I have been looking at info on Holy Jim Trail in Trabuco Canyon, CA and was wondering if anyone has ever been, Its only about an Hour and a half from my house and looks fun, gonna take my Girlfriends Jeep and the Ranger out there. I was wondering what the deal was as far as needing a pass or permit or anything like that. If anyone has info on it please share! Thanks!

it fucking sucks. it's a dirt access road to people's homes who live back there, as well as to an r/c airport, and to the head of the hiking trail to the waterfall. you're not supposed to go off the road in a truck. yes, it is a road, and the laws of the street apply. that includes a 15mph speed limit. last time i was down there i didn't even bother leaving the entrance because it's such a waste of time. you'll be disappointed if you drive an hour and a half to idle behind a honda.

if you want to park, you can as long as you have an adventure pass.

It is alright... If u just wanna get outta the house that's great. But i'd look into a trail called Tenaja truck trail just down the road thats where the fun is.
Part of it forks..one to residents the other out no nowhere..thats where u wanna go.

Here is a link...its letter J just past the old candy store

I live really close. Been in my friends jeep and it was cool. Really shady and foresty. Mellow trails.
