Just got home from Modesto day with Mom. So I was hoping to read what I missed.
I know when I left Citrus Heights the rain was coming down pretty hard. I left late because I had a clogged gutter filling up my pool (it was right at the lip), had to drain the pool down, clear the clogged gutter, and the drainage area was already over soaked, the backup sump pump failed, so had to run to Lowes and get new sump and install. During all that time, the rain was coming down fairly heavy. So what did I miss?

Couldn't.
I guess it was forbidden at the time and park didn't want it all tore up.
