Default my I'm Birdy61

I have a 1988 ford ranger 2.9l automatic transmission. i pulled up yo the house, shut it off, and next time it wouldn't start.
I've replaced key cylinder, ignition switch, coil, icm, tfi, fuel relay, eec relay,
eec, neutral safety switch, starte relay, maf, i ve tested the throttle control sensor. i have a fuel pressure gauge mounted on the fuel rail. i have 40 psi., even replaced the starter. i spray starter fuel in the throttle body, but get no start. i'm getting spark to the plugs, but no fuel from injectors. can anyone one please suggest what else it might be on why it wont start. PLEASE, BEFORE I PUSH IT IN THE RIVER. i have a breakout box and checked i think everything from the ALLDATA TESTS, the only code i got was # 67, thats why i replaced the neutral safety switch
THANKS
