Live in Hilo Hawaii and difficult to find someone who will ship a tool box for my 2004 Ford Ranger. Looking for one that fits flush so that I can use my camper top. Cannot seem to find one here. Checked craigslist as well. Any ideas?

I don't even follow what you are saying. All the tool boxes I have seen go over the rail.
You could get a pelican box, mount it in the bed.
