What if we did it like towards the top or the 101 loop? So then west valley would have to drive up so would east and it be closer for them people up north? I mean not it's not a lot closer but I mean it's like 30-1hr depending on traffic they won't have to drive

I have 4-5 other rangers that will partake. We're east valley but I don't see traveling being an issue. You can literally be anywhere in the valley in 45 min.

How about we all meet up near the Phoenix zoo at Papago lakes? Plenty of room for everyone, centralized location and free access... If you guys are okay with that then we just need to pick a day off the calendar. Feedback?
