3" body lift = $200 dollars and you could install it yourself with your dads help and some friends. But first mods i would do personally is ditch the bug guard on the front of the hood and then 06+ tails and mirrors (already mentioned but it would make the truck look alot sharper).

BL is actually around $175 or so..lol get the 98-00...same kit..alot cheaper!!
