Default Cleaning the engine bay made my '92 look 11 again.

Had to rush a bit before the sun went down, but a whole bottle of Simple Green later and he looks like new. Only problem is, I still need to get some tough spots, and the whole underside...

I'm not sure the bay had ever been cleaned before. It was really on there, but it turned out better than I expected.

Looks good man. Looks like you bagged up the alternator and something else. What were all the electrical components you did like that?

I hit the engine bay in mine every other time i wash it.

Thanks, it was a bit of work. I covered the battery, alternator, distributor and some important looking wires next to the master cylinder. I wish that sounded more intelligent.

Did you use a degreaser each time? I used an entire bottle of simple green on this one.

I never use degreaser. Some of that stuff is actually pretty flammable. Plus simple green smells and works just fine.
