Or just don't be a pussy and floor it
Explorer, aerostars, broncos, f-150s. Last two are fullsize width and 5x5.5. D44 hubs in the front or re-drill the rear for 5x4.5

Re: Prerunner Enthusiast's Thread
wow sounds like someones getting busssssssssssssy.
Question mac, if I made shock hoops, and just welded it together instead of bending it probably wouldnt hold right? cause the bend would be stronger than 2 welds right? i know... stupid question...

Re: Prerunner Enthusiast's Thread
my list of new tools I need to get is growing by the second... need a new welder (broke the other, now a tube bender, and I really want a plasma cutter, but thats more of a want than a need for this build. Im probably going to spend as much on tools as I will on the LT kit lol

It would hold. Bends look better, but you can build hoops without a bender

hmmmmmmmmmmm ok. the hoops are really the only thing standing in my way. Im almost tempted to just save up all summer and just drop the truck off at BTF and have them do everything... but I want to build it myself still too, so IDK. Id rather just buy them, but if its more than half the price of BTF's install I might as well have them do it at that point.
Mac you think Brandon would be chill if I went to the shop and watch over his shoulder while he did it?
---
yeah Ive seen those Neo, if I made them myself Id probably have to invest in one.

It's worth the investment anyways, if your gonna build up your truck, you could always save money by fab'n your own shot when you can.

Re: Prerunner Enthusiast's Thread
harbor freight bender is nicknamed the "Kinker" for a reason, it kinks tubes instead of bending it.
and he might chris. i know he's let me watch/help him before, but i may be a special case.
