Re: Prerunner Enthusiast's Thread
your truck? full front to back build? suspension, roll cage, fuel cell, big boy parts?
if you have to ask, you can't afford it and don't want to know. at a shop it'll be well over 50k. doing it yourself it'll still be around 30k

No not my truck. I was just wondering.
And it would be pointless for me anyway, do to my location.

Re: Prerunner Enthusiast's Thread
to put it in perspective, if you were to bring in a stock 98+ ranger and leave with just the front end done with our long travel kit, hubs, coilover/bypass, etc. would be in the neighborhood of 10K.

Re: Prerunner Enthusiast's Thread
Deaver F-23 replacement leaf springs, extended shackles, and 2" drop shackle hangers. 2.5x10" piggyback king shocks with a BTF cantilever kit. truck gets 15" of travel with no holes cut in the bed.

Re: Prerunner Enthusiast's Thread
Honestly Mac, how smooth is the ride up front? Im already getting tired of my setup and want to know how much the 2.0 upgrade did for you.

Re: Prerunner Enthusiast's Thread
front end is great on the road, too soft off road. too lazy to re-valve the shocks or add a bump stop

so 2.0's are a major upgrade? I wish I could drive in a truck to feel how it is but your word is the closest I've got. Mine it super rough, better then before, but definitely the shocks are holding me back.

Damn that sounds like a good setup. I was gunna do Chevy 63s but you have to mod a lot more.
