Mall crawler? Pretty sure there's a few on here that can vouch for that incorrect statement. It's pretty yes, but it's functional, and has been used so.

Those are dual rate coil overs on Cory's truck. It's lowered and on 37's now. As for the front shaft, he swapped in a manual case from an explorer, so he was waiting for that case to go in before he had a driveline made.

Dual rates bro, lol.

Sorry about the mall crawler comment. It's just that out of all the pics you posted, none of them were actual wheeling pics. And your earlier post doesn't help much. " Well it mobs offroad and is built to take a beating, though it never will under my ownership!." Don't get me wrong I have no problem with mall crawlers, I just think it's a shame for a fine truck to not be used to it's full potential, but to each his own. So if it's really used for what it's built for, lets see some pics. Until then I'm not convinced.

I don't think you've used your truck like you think... The 1354 is a weak ass case. I'm on my second after splitting the first one down the center. Immediately before that, I blew up a M5OR-R1HD tranny trying to do a burn out. The front driveline took a dump on me, having to get a Superlift driveline, and the CV's took a shit on me after the first wheelin trip I made with it on my 21st bday resulting in a 65mi tow home.

I've wheeled it pretty rough before. But the snow is my thing. I hate mud and sand. It was fun when I first started doin it, but after taking it home dirty and spending countless hours on cleaning to do it again, wasn't worth it to me. Plus with all the money I have into the appearance, it's too costly to risk wheeling hard trails anymore. I'm also a college kid (hard to believe with what I've done to the truck lol), and ATM, I'm not working... It's also my DD, which I take home every week and that drive is a 120mi trip one way.

Some of the shots I have... I'm usually the pic taker, so I'll keep searching.

Awesome man. those are the shots I like, and I'm glad you get your use out of it. I do wheel my truck hard though. Just because I haven't busted a t-case or worn out a drive line doesn't mean I don't. It just means that I don't have a suspension lift on it which is why the front shaft is done, and that I don't do burnouts, which has nothing to do with off highway use. As for the t-case sometimes they fail, they are week. A friend put a hole in his case trying to pull me out of the sand once. I guess I've just been lucky thus far. Mud doesn't provide much traction so it's easier on the drive train. And my cv's will probably be next to go, the pass side pops sometimes in 4wd. I would much rather wheel in snow than mud as well. We just don't get snow down here so mud, water, and sand are whats on the trails. Snow would be awesome, I imagine the cleaning is just a regular car wash. I understand the whole wanting to keep it lookin good thing, thats cool, it's just not my priority. My truck is also my dd, but in another year or so once I get it paid for i'm gonna get a cheap cash car, and designate the ranger to play duty. Thats when the real fun will start.

I hear ya... I've just had my experiences with IFS lifted rangers enough to know what to take it on and what to keep it off of. Ya know?

It was fun to play with the truck and wheel some good trails when I first got it, but now I just like to keep it clean and play in the snow. It's too expensive for me to continue to break parts, so I take the preventative approach to things now lol
