S**t... I've had a bad wheel bearing for months now and it gets louder everyday. Hope that doesn't happen to me

Something is up with your truck then. I just took off my factory hub last sunday. 13 years 165k miles. You said you have gone throught 7 sets of hubs?

Are you getting the right hubs in mid 2000 they switched to live axle so make sure (i'm sure you know this) that the hubs are for the setup you have
