Is it an explorer motor? Those are pretty good performers since they come to with the gt40 intake and gt40/p heads. I was planning to throw an explorer motor in my old mustang with some 1.7 roller rockers, an Anderson n41 cam, and some trickflow valve springs. That combo puts down almost 300 at the tire with full bolt ons. Would've been fun in a 5 speed car with 4.10s that weighs just over 3000 lbs!

I've been to new Egypt once, went to the dirt track out there as a kid. Hainesport ain't far, that's where the funplex is and prospectors and that Air Museum! You're actually closer to the pines than I am

Idk if you ever ridden in a lt truck, but they handle totally different! and im sure you will be ecstatic with the outcome!

i have but it was beamed, so never an a-armed truck. but im stoked. i still have tons of pieces to pick up before i tear it down. i will be helping as much as i can. but i want it done right and i want it to look good so ill be paying a friend to fab. the kit is a WIY kit that is already tig'd up but the uppers arent finished.

Awesome! Always good to have it setup right the first time trust me! but soak up all the info you can! You want to understand how everything works upfront, so you cant detect issues/fix broken parts when they arise.
If you have any questions just ask, but most of all enjoy it morgan!
