Re: Post pictures of your CB radios and antennas
Have to say, I have a k40 magnetic base whip. Drove into my garage and forgot to disconnect it, and broke it.
K40 sent me a replacement under warranty. Sent it on on a Friday, got a new one on Wednesday. Good turn around!

Not sure why all those pics are added at the end of my post there. Think my computer did something it wasn't supposed to :P

Re: Post pictures of your CB radios and antennas
Tailgate channel antenna bracket I fabricated, plus a Cobra 19 before I upgraded to a Cobra 25. Mounted on top of my Motorola VHF radio.
Have no idea why the pix are sideways, they show properly in my photo viewer...

Re: Post pictures of your CB radios and antennas
I ordered a Cobra 19 Ultra III, dual 3ft antennas with mounts, and an SWR meter today. I plan on mounting the antennas on my tool box. Any tips I should know?

Here is my set up. Almost identical to yours. Are you hooking up 1 of em or both?

Mine should look pretty similar. The kit comes with a cord to hook up both, so I think I will do that.

I'm not sure if I would. They might be to close together and interfere with each other.

That's what the guy thought when I was buying my dual firestiks. He was like "your gonna spend $60 for looks". I said no I actually have a cb radio. Lol

Haha. Maybe I'll keep my eyes open for a good single whip. I can always return these when they come in. If my ocd can handle it....lol

I used to have 1 but dual whips look much better and they perform almost the same.

Probably on the side of the console where the PO had stuff mounted. I have switches mounted on the ashtray so that isnt an option.
