Default 98 Ranger 4.0L

Hey i just got my new truck, so i decided to get some pics and join this forum. I had a few ideas what i would do to it, but i wanted to see what your inputs are. Thanks.

i was thinking about that, i don't go offroadin that much but i still was thinkin bout doin it anyway.

yea i might do that, i've seen offroad lights behind ranger grills and i was thinkin bout doin that too, if anyone has done that could u show me how it looks.

i have heard that he lights can heat up the grill and melt it though..the pictures above are 01-03 grill correct? What are the upgrades i need in order to have that 01-03 look? thanks.

That is the 01-03 grill above. For the swap you need:
Headlights
Corners
01-03 Header panel
01-03 Grill
Headlight retaining clips
Varioust nuts, bolt and "j" clips

I have not seen offroad lights on a 98 behind the grille. I Dont think u would have a problem with a 55watt light

alright thanks. Ill probably be doing a new cool air intake system soon, with dual exhaust. after that than ill start my exterior mods.

i think you should paint the front bumper, the black just looks out of place against the rest of the truck

Or paint the flares and lower valance and grille to match the bumper. Either or would make the truck look better.
