The other one is a 97 F250 7.3 powerstroke 4x4 Utili Body, no pics yet unfortinately
Mmmmm 4x4 powerstroke. Does it have the supercharger?

Thought I would resurrect this thread. I took this pic with phone one day when i was delivering some parts to shop that only works on high end cars.

recently it's been the ranger, which you've all seen, and before that it's been my dad's various mini-vans for our hauling needs. we had some much more interesting work trucks when i was younger though....

back from about 1998-2004 we had this beast, '66 dodge D500 powerwagon, flatbed dually, 4x4, 4 speed, and of all things a slant 6. there was a plaque on the dash that warned drivers not to exceed 45 MPH, but the truck was geared so low it topped out at about 25....

plowed snow, hauled logs for firewood, we even graded our yard with the plow.

My old barn/farm truck. 1998 F:250 4.6 V8 4WD. Miss it like crazy! had almost 300K miles on it by the time I had to sell it a few months ago.
No good full pictures of it though, this is the best partial pic I could find. Me trying to get the crazy Indiana snow off it so I could get to work.

2005 Chevy, ? Litre gasoline V8, 4x4, 5 speed manual, 1/2 ton crane, a compressor/generator in the bed. I always use low ranger off road. The engine control computer SUCKS big time. When you really need high RPM and momentum offroad the damn thing shuts down so it doesn't blow up!!! How 'bout just a rev limiter? You have to remove the key, get out and shut the door to get the motor to run normal after it goes to "Low Engine Power". It likes to do it half way up a long, nasty, steep grade out in the middle of nowhere. Jaggoff truck.

Here is my work truck. It's a 2011 F250 Super Duty 4x4 6.2 flex fuel. Yesterday I installed a hypertech tuner primarily to remove the stupid 80 mph governor. I also put the chrome fender trim on and I know a lot of guys here hated it on my Ranger. Let me know what u think of it on my 250. If you hate it feel free to say so.

The only thing I hate about it is that ugly ass black grille. Otherwise, I am jealous

And Mike, that reduced power problem is most likely due to the electronic throttle body (since you're driving a one ton, I assume it's the massive 8.1 liter). Pretty common problem with those big guys. Apparently it's a problem on all the Vortecs, but I haven't heard of it being a problem in the half tons...mostly trail blazers and the bigger trucks.
