Bought the box for 5 bucks on C L painted with some black paint I had and put two hinged locks on since the original latches were busted. Got a total of about 12 bucks in it.

What's the best way to go about painting my toolbox black? Just a regular silver diamond checkered box

does anyone have a sit down tool box with the bad caps on the sides? id like to see it..thinking about going that route..thanks!

Skuff it up real good, use a self etching primer and some good paint, mine turned out good and has help up nice so far.

Found this one for 75 bucks on CL. It's a craftsman and was dirty as hell. I spent half a day polishing it but it's going to take more work to get it to match my bed caps
