This guy drives it to work almost everyday, but we work different shifts and i have never seen the person.
I drive by it everyday when I leave and today I noticed that the cap didnt look like it fit very well. I like to look at other people's cap to see if they can get it to fit right (i know i cant). his looked off, so I stopped to check it out.....
is this a mazda b series bed? my cap is the exact same build as this, but it doesn't "flare off" of the bed like this one does. The front bumper doesnt look right either, its like it should have side skirts to match it.
what do y'all think?

It's an XLT with a bunch of parts on it and a Mazda bed. The whole thing is scraped together and not put on well.

i guess i should have looked inside the truck for some similarities vs my truck.

Yup i like them would look better a tad lower. Think they should have done something with the sides also.

Stock bumper is correct.

I wouldn't say that. They are nice, but the front bumper hangs to low. However with the right side skirts it can look good.

maybe it was wrecked? the rear bumper looks angled up. could have just put a mazda bed on it and tossed the skirts? lol i need to talk to this guy now, its bugging me.

yep, thats an STX for sure. a guy down the road from me has the exact truck, same color and same cap even. They used the mazda beds on the later year STX's with a different front bumper and valance.

Definitely a Mazda bed. Might be Mazda doors too. But they ain't Mazda front fenders.

No the STX is a Ford Ranger With a B-series bed, thats it...

The only difference between the ranger and b-series are the bed, front clip, wheels, and steering wheel.

Every other interior, cab, engine part, chassis and drivetrain part are the same.
