The only difference between the ranger and b-series are the bed, front clip, wheels, and steering wheel.
Every other interior, cab, engine part, chassis and drivetrain part are the same.

It depends on the year, 94-97's Base B's used the same steel rims as the 93-97 Ranger XL, but with different (and much better looking) center caps. Up to 2000, the steering wheel is the same, it's just the logo on the horn pad/airbag cover that's different. Also, seems that all the 01-03's B's I see have orange needles as opposed to white/clear ones on the cluster. 04+ the lettering on the gauges is a little different too. I heard that they also used different front fenders, but I'm not sure if that is true.
