Glad to see you guys like 'em.
Here's a LINK
to my new thread on the oval rings.
They can be connected to your parking lights, headlights, fog lights, etc. or even to a plain old switch in the cab.
You could even wire them up to your parking lights & have an alternate switch for them in case anyone is concerned with the 5.0 giving them issues with different colors.
I have no idea of each state's particular regulations concerning light colors other than white (most states should be cool with white or yellow lights) but alternate wiring via a switch will control the lights independent of any other accessory lights, so you can turn them on/off at will.
They're more for accent lighting than a "practical" use, but they do look sweet.
The tailgate oval led rings can be connected to your license plate lights, brake lights, or whatever means you wish to control them.
I think I'm going to connect my tailgate oval led ring to my plate lights so it will add a touch of color to the tailgate.
look into designing some of the 7" & 9" ovals (that normally are mounted in the center of the tailgate) with 2 separate circuits that can be connected to your turn signals so one half of the oval ring blinks along with your turn signals. Still working on the logistics on that, so stay tuned for future updates.
