Lots of pics of nice installs of the shorter one so I get to be the first to post a pic of an installed long version OHC.

why get a new board? get the headliner recovered. when that's done, a patch can be put over the area that was cut out too big, then new material goes on, no more hole. much cheaper than buying and shipping a headliner board.

if u look on mine we over cut the hole and i was able to get like foam string and it was a perfect color match and filled the hole just right

I picked it out of a Mercury Mountaineer limited. I've also seen it in pictures in some Explorer SportTracs.
