what if its 4mpg better, same type and location and season of driving? (rhetorical question)

What if a pot of gold and two naked cheerleaders falls out of the sky and land in the back of my truck? (rhetorical question). Equally as unrealistic (unfortunately). Rhetorical questions serve no purpose unless they're somehow realistically related to the discussion at hand.

If you gain 4mpg, then it means your previous setup was faulty and caused you to lose about 4mpg off what it should have been getting all along anyway. Your "mods" simply restored what it should have been doing all along, without adding anything additional.

Uh, my guess would be that you posted a thread saying "I bought an SD coil pack to gain MPG"? You're not being singled out, you raised your hand. If someone else posted the same thing, the same response would take place. And you keep interpreting responses here as if we're attacking you or something. Just because a factual answer is not what you want to hear doesn't make it negative or a personal attack. You're reading way to deeply into this if it gets you this upset. There's no reason to be pissed off.

SD coil packs are, from what ive heard around the forums, either the same price or a little cheaper than an oem coil pack. mine had 150K and 12 years on it, so cut me goddamn slack and stop being a whistleblowing *******.

^
that's how you do a personal attack. I never thought what you said to me was a personal attack...

By all means, good luck. I never meant to downplay or downgrade you or your truck. It is a VERY sharp looking truck and it's also nice to see that you are able to do your own tuneup.
Keep it up!
