wow that thing looks sludged up, I would tear that thing down and have a machine shop clean the block before doing anything else, I think heddman or hooker makes swap headers for first gen rangers with a V8, try summitracing.com for those

Like I said, the block was coated in grease before we stored it so it wouldn't rust over.

Probably will have to tear it down regardless though :P
