Default got a new camera today
i am a stl copy cat so a bought a canon powershot a480
and I LOVE IT!!!

What color?

Start off using the auto setting then once you really learn the camera use the program setting and adjust the settings

ahh that sucks best buy only had the blue one and i had a 10 percent off and a 10 dollar off coupon.. so it worked out real good

Ya it has manual controls

The manual controls are best with a tri pod

In manual mode

When you go to take a picture using MARCO or INFINITY setting barely hold the button down and a green box will appear showing it is focused and everything is right.

If a red box or yellow box appear your focus is off or you need to zoom out



It also has face detection which is cool little white box will pop up and follow the persons face around


White Balance Control Auto, Daylight, Cloudy, Tungsten, Fluorescent, Fluorescent H, Custom

Shooting Modes Auto, P, Special Scene (Portrait, Foliage, Snow, Beach, Sunset, Fireworks, Aquarium, Long Shutter, Super Macro, Indoor, Kids & Pets, Night Snapshot), Movie
