ah the snork mostly pvc. small amount of flex tubing. gaskets. rubber fittings and hose clamps for under the hood conections. i wanted to get a safari snorkle head but i didnt have the money. so i used an electric weather head cap:


i know its not a ford drawing but i pretty much used this for a guide.

i live in a area that floods regularly by a river. not the regular 2-3'' im talking 3+ feet. the connection to the air box is removable. i can just unhook a pipe, cap the hole and it will be running on the stock airfilter. i run with the snorkel hooked up when the weather guy starts shitting his pants. everything is covered under the hood ill draw something up to show what i did

a little nerve racking cutting into it. my buddy thought i was crazy. but after it was done he wanted to do it to his isuzu rodeo.

the head was at homedepot in the electrical dep. wasnt bad at all. $12 i think. you would need to cut the face of it out and put a mesh or something to cover it.
