This is my 2001 Ford Ranger Ext Cab 4x2 3.0, I pick it up in Arizona "has 5 cats" I had the muffler removed and put in a K&N Cold air intake.

I'm looking to change out my headlights and tail lights, I've been looking at ANZO. If anyone here has them on there ranger how do you like them?

I would love to but it's only 4x2, I burn a lot of gas trying to get around in the snow i think i was getting 10mpg this winter,

last summer i was getting about 17-23mpg country roads and some city,

I'm really going to test it this summer on the highways

yeah that's what sucks about CA they can't have lights or sirens on the POVS

If your only getting 10mpg have you done any maintenance on the truck like a full tune up?
My truck is 2wd and lifted and I still get 18 city and 22 highway.

I'm pretty sure you only get busted for it if you actually try to pull someone over and give them a ticket. How do the security people get away with it? They aren't police officers, yet they have light bars. Some construction trucks have light bars too. As do tow trucks.

i just cleaned my intake and hopefully that was it. i'm trying to do plugs and wires soon. only thing that's holding me back is the cold

yeah two Fire Fighters on my department where drinking and tried doing this to one of there friends and the sheriff seen the hole thing. I know they got there red light permit taken away but don't think they got a ticket that i know of. stupid ppl these days!

I'm going to be installing a 2005 18"RE XXX with a PSI recone and Powering it with a RD 1750.1 v2.

The sub next to it is a 12" that's going in my gf car.
