THANKS!!
The little fiberglass piece behind there the top of the grill mounts, i put like 5-6 pieces of sheet metal thru that, drilled a hole thru the fiberglass and metal and mounted the lights upside down. I have beat the shit out of my truck in the dirt and they have held up and been really steady.
Those lights are pointless now cuz the lights on my prerunner bumper block them
Next time I pull my truck apart I will take pics of how I mounted em. Won't be for a while tho haha

Re: The making of my truck
nice truck! funny you should mentioned obsessed with lights: in the last 27 years, I have figured I have purchased and installed, removed, worked on, rebuilt, reconfigured over 500 sets of fog, driving, off road lamps. (I used to buy a set, decide it wasn't what I wanted, get another set) I used to spend thousands for lights. at one point, my ranger had 15 white forward facing lights.
But, times have fallen hard for me and I have sold all of my lights on my ranger except for two specially built by me Hella driving lights with the fog light "shroud" covering the bulb, which removes glare and lets me use them in all driving situations.
