Just a seat....
I've been working on. it's out of a square body s-10. black vinyl and black suede, with some "pin striping" in the center. It's not quite finished. i still need to finish installing the back rest cover. But once it is done, it'll be in the classifieds and for sale locally.

'03 Ford Ranger Edge 3.0l 2wd 5 speed. Future plans for the truck is to put a 4BT Cummins in it. '84 Ford Ranger four banger and four on the floor. This one is a 302 project.

oh yeah. i do upholstery for a living, and this is a seat i bought from a junkyard for a friend. he backed out of it so i'm just going to sell it. you can see a set of grey explorer seats in one of the pics. they are coming up in a few weeks. i have another bench for a guy on rps i need to do, and some other little things first.

About how much would it cost to recover 2 explorer seats like the one in the pictures?

traded the seat out today for a mac tool box from the late 70s. mechanically sound, but little rough visually. little sanding and some paint and it'll look good as new. has keys as well.

the guy said he has it on CL for $500. I was asking $450 or so on CL for the seat (although I only had $150 in materials, plus my time). so i feel it came out alright. this will give me a good test of my compressor/hvlp paint gun. just need to figure out what color to paint it. will probably use the dupli-color paint shop paints.
