true, you have to do alot of work to lower yours to even as low as mine is and im only 3/5. if you went 3/5, which is the lowest you could go without major mods, i would still be 2 inches lower then you because you have 4x4 suspension

Ya unfortunately you will not be able to slam your edge.
Trade the truck in for a 2wd XLT or a XL

OH WOW.. really its not 4WD ....I don't understand..is it cause it sits as high as a 4wd..do they not make kits to lower the edge ??
if this is the case then i guess my decision has been made for me..lol..

The edge if even 2wd has the same frame/suspension as the 4wd truck

im with stl on this and honestly i think it would be a shame to lower that particular truck since its so good for offroading.....but its not my truck im currently an edge owner and i think it looks so much better the way it is or lifted , and the wheel base is pretyy big so lowering it with smaller tires might look displaced

yea don't get me wrong..i really like both looks..but was exploring the options of lowering her...Looks like I will be raising the torsion bars and blacking the wheels out and throwing my A/T tires on it ..and finish murdering her out..I think I will be just as happy
@Casper..Clean ride !

Yea I would think it would look good lowered. Theres a guy on Rps who lowered his Edge I couldn't find the link to the thread but it's pretty bad ass. And it's just the same as a 2wd being lifted. Shouldn't be done. But to each of their own. I always have said a truck is built not bought. Which ever way you go should look sweet.
