Torsion bar front springs. They're used instead of coils, unfortunately. There are adjustment bolts on the ends of them to adjust the tension, and you can "lift" the front end a bit, up to about 2". So you can eliminate the rake and make the truck sit about level. That's about the only nice thing about t-bars. I'd much rather have coils....

Ah i see. I think my truck is pretty level with the back. Now is that a good thing or should the front be higher or lower?

Well you don't have torsion bars so that doesn't apply to you...
But heck no you don't want the front to be higher than the back!
All trucks are a little higher in the rear from the factory, so when you're towing or have payload in the box it won't make you ass end sag.

Only disadvantage to cranking your bars you have to get a alignment after you do it
and the upper and lower ball joints wear out faster

Even though everybody said so, I didn't think I needed an alignment after I cranked mine. I watched the tire treads like a hawk, and even after 5000 miles they looked like they were wearing evenly. But I just rotated my tires a couple weeks ago and the fronts were really worn on the insides. I don't really care though since I just want these Wranglers to hurry up and die!
Once, I get new tires, I'll definitely get it aligned.

And thanks for the info on the bumper man!
